We are a home-educating family based in Oxfordshire.  We have been home-educating for 11 years now and love the flexibility it gives our family.  We know how much learning happens on a daily basis and it's so easy to forget what we did earlier in the week or month and let's face it - life can be so busy and we don't always remember to keep track.   We wanted to create HEC to make it easy to record and organise all of those moments and experiences and to create a portfolio to keep.  We hope this supports other families too and makes creating your learner's portfolio a doddle.
